NetFortris Provides Varied Cloud Communication Solutions to Cater Diverse Needs of the Enterprises

FREMONT, CA: NetFortris, a provider of secure cloud-based voice and network solutions, announces four purpose-built unified communications packages. The packages are designed in a fashion that meets the specific needs of enterprises of different sizes. The solutions vary in size, feature-sets and cost from basic IP Voice to integrated Unified Communications and Desktop Collaboration solutions for the largest enterprises. 

The following are the four unified communication packages offered by NetFortris:

  • NetFortris Business Basic Voice provides an entry-level package that includes the most commonly used PBX features including an auto-attendant, authorization codes, call waiting, call transfer, call hold/resume, call park/pickup, call forwarding, ad hoc conferencing, and extension dialing for all registered users, regardless of location. The package is designed to meet the needs of smaller businesses or branch offices.
  • NetFortris Business Standard includes all the features of Basic Business Voice with the addition of advanced PBX features, a personal online portal to manage calls, email integration to alert users and deliver transcribed voicemails to email, user-managed privacy settings, and access to the NetFortris Cloud Services Platform web-based management portal. The solution is designed for enterprises of all sizes where centralized management and advanced call handling features are required, and optionally supports iOS and Android mobile clients. 
  • NetFortris Business Unified Communications (UC) enables enterprises of any size to increase productivity and efficiency. NetFortris cloud UC builds on the NetFortris Basic Voice and Standard packages by adding UC features such as IM, presence, group chat, screen sharing as well as video calling and conferencing from a PC, iOS/Android smartphone oriOS/Android tablet. The package is designed for any size of business, but it specifically caters to the needs of larger enterprises that have the need for collaboration across multiple geographies and connection types.
  • NetFortris Business Collaboration includes all the aforementioned VoIP and UC functionality, and adds desktop screen, file, and application sharing along with voice and video conferencing. The solution is designed to meet the needs of the most demanding enterprises with employees in diverse locations. Advanced features make it possible to visually collaborate with co-workers or guests through WebRTC based clients on standard browsers, as well as through smartphones and tablets.
