Server Mania Boosts High End Dedicated Servers with Intel's Xeon D-1540 Processor

FREMONT, CA: Server Mania, a provider of dedicated hosting solutions, announces a new class of hosting services built on Intel Xenon D-1540 processor family catering varieties of workload including dynamic web serving, dedicated web hosting, warm storage and network routing for faster services.

Customers can buy dedicated servers based on the octa-core Intel Xeon D-1540 processor. The base server will be equipped with 32GB RAM, one 1 TB SATA drive or 120GB solid-state drive. Server Mania offers the benefit of upgrading storage and select chassis model with four hard drive bays. Memory can be expanded to a maximum of 128GB.

The company facilitates its dedicated server customers 10TB per month data transfer, managed backup and an enterprise-grade distributed denial of service (DDoS) mitigation appliances along with a technical support round the clock.

The latest offering from Intel has integrated few functions on the chip including I/O circuitry, Intel Ethernet, BIOS, drivers and firmware. Lesser power consumption over existing processors enables service providers to offer higher level of services to their clients. Server Mania will be installing the processors only on high end dedicated servers.
